Sandbox Cares is our patient assistance program.

It helps families request a Guarantee Letter (GL) from the Office of the President to support therapy services. Sandbox Clinic provides the required Service Quotation and Certificate of Acceptance, but applicants must submit all documents directly to the Office of the President.

Important Payment Policies

  • You will receive an email with instructions to pay and upload your proof of payment.
  • Due to the high demand for Developmental Pediatrics consultations and to minimize sudden cancellations, please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and will also be treated as non-refundable and non-transferable.
